During the month of XXXX, I contact all 3 credit bureaus to have this company remove this XXXX XXXX debt from my credit report because a Judge during my divorce settlement has confirmed that this debt is not my responsibility and has been determined to be the responsibility of my ex-spouse. This debt should not be on my credit report because it is not my responsibility to pay. However, this company still has this debt listed on my credit report and it should b removed as ordered it is not my responsibility by the judge in my divorce judgment.
