In late XXXX, I discovered by myself that the XXXX payment for my loan had not been paid. I was never contacted about non-payment throughout XXXX, I had no idea until I had checked my bank balance. The company seem to make no effort to contact me about the missed payment. Later, I contacted their representative as soon as I found out. I was told on the phone so long as I submitted a payment with the amount due, and the amount that was coming due that I would receive no penalty or have it show up on my Credit Report. Come a few months later when looking to purchase a new home and I was reported for a non-payment. I contacted thier help center and they were not able to fix the issue. So I took their advice and messaged them on their website to get the same response. I'm not looking for a lot, I am looking to get my credit for non-payment resolved as was told they would do.
