Yes ally did not get back too me on my complaint I did with you guys awhile ago. Trying too get car payments deffered due too hardship. I told them I can't afford a up front payment on car. Due too being on XXXX also. I'm hoping they can waive up front fee. That would help. Not happy. Also been on time never late
