Be it known to all who call themselves " government, '' their " courts, '' agents, and other parties, that I, XXXX XXXX, am a consumer whose consumer rights are to be protected by the FDCPA, TILA, and FCRA. I certify under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct. This statement of truth to be presented will display blatant acts of consumer rights protection violations and fraud against myself being a consumer by Time Investment Corporation T/A Time Financing Service located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, NC, XXXX ; which will continuously be referred to as " Time Financing Service ''. Time Financing Service first violated federal per 15 USC 1692g ( a ) when on 8/13/2021 they failed to give prior notice of debt but instead chose to violate 15 USC 1692f by using unfair practices to collect a debt when the company filed a smalls claims suit against me at the XXXX County Courthouse located in XXXX NC. The sharing of this alleged debt with a 3rd party without prior consent from myself violates 15 USC 1692c ( b ). I also never gave Time financing Corporation prior consent to contact me about debt collection which violates 15 USC 1692c ( a ). The fact that time financing services is blatantly using deceptive means to attempt to collect an alleged debt violates 15 USC 1692e and has become harassment which violates 15 USC 1692d. I plan to report this harassment, slander, defamation of character, and violation of my consumer rights to the OCC, FTC, and NC State Attorney General office for the company 's poor and fraudulent practices when attempting to collect an alleged debt stemming from a consumer credit transaction. If Time Financing Services can not validate this debt then they must delete the account and stop all attempts to collect an alleged debt immediately to avoid the continuous violation of state and federal law that says I am not obligated to pay this alleged debt per public law chapter 48 stat. 112
