I sent these creditors debt validation letter 30 days ago asking for your company to provide me with proof that I own this debt, and these companies has failed to respond. I then looked at my credit report and noticed that these creditors are still reporting this inaccurate account on my credit report without validating it. The law is clear on this issue, you cant continue report a disputed debt if they failed to validate. Because of their actions, they have violated the FDCPA act which carries a fine of {$1000.00} for every incident, and FCRA for reporting inaccurate information on my credit. This violation also carries a fine of {$1000.00}.
