Information is to excluded from my consumer report as it was an extension of my credit card. Furthermore XXXX is in violation of my rights to privacy as the released and served my private personal information to an unauthorized third party without my consent and lied stating a sheriff called me over the phone and I provided verbal consent. False, XXXX knew I would not receive those court documents and purposely gave my personal private information to an unauthorized third party only for the sole gain that the courts would rule in their own favor as a default judgment against me.
