Hi, back on XXXX I found out that I had identity theft on me. My bank notified me thatI had a judgement/lien on my home from Capital One Bank. From there I took the information I received from my bank and found out that Capital One Bank had the found person. So from there I did my due diligence. I first reported it to the police then call Capital One Bank regarding my concerns. When I first called I was told that my didnt have any information on me at all. After calling back three different times I finally got someone who told me that this issue was from a IRA account that was open and used for a while then was over drawn by XXXX with a balance of {$7.00} in savings account Well after findings this out I told them they had the wrong person. I explain to them how could this be me and you company dont have any information on me at all. I been trying to get this issue rectified since XXXX XXXXXXXX in XXXX XXXX I send information providing my have the wrong person. Every time I call I get they are working on it. On XX/XX/ I now get they never received my information and I had to send it again, which I did on XXXX.So Id date I still have not heard from Capital One Bank.
