On Monday, XX/XX/2021 at approximately XXXX XXXX I was Sitting in the backseat of a car at the gas pump at a XXXX gas station on XXXX XXXX in XXXX Georgia The driver in the front seat passenger were in the store and while they were in the store two men came into the car put guns to my head and took everything I had. Two of my phones, my purse, and my wallet which included : my Social Security card, ID, license, bank cards, and credit cards. The robbers immediately began running through my account at gas stations doing ATM withdrawals ( which have cameras and should be able to be looked at ) XXXX to XXXX XXXX and Using XXXX XXXX from the phones they took from me. When I was finally able to get to a phone I called my bank Wells Fargo to dispute the charges and cut my card off. They Made a claim and cut my card off sent out a new card but updated the cards on my phone that was stolen so the robbers were able to run through the rest of my bank account until I went into the negatives. When I noticed this I called again to file another claim. A total of XXXX was taken from my account. I filed over four claims all were denied. I tried to appeal the decision of the claims and provide a police report and I was denied again. I made a complaint about the decision to the executive office it was denied a final time and I was told that there was really no way of getting the money back at this point. I am submitting this complaint for myself because that was all the money I had to my name and Ive been without any money to my name, been without food, not able to pay my bills for the last month. I am a single XXXX year old woman and XXXX, I do not have a job and am completely independent so this is impacting my life very terribly I am willing to do whatever it takes to get my funds back. I did further research and typed in the numbers they sent money to and found names and addresses of people involved if that helps at all.
