We took forbearance with American Pacific Mortgage in accordance with the CARES act. As such, the loan should NOT have been reported as delinquent to the credit bureaus. I have spoken with American Pacific Mortgage and they said that they never reported it as delinquent but all three credit bureaus say other wise. The loan has since been sold to XXXX XXXX.
