Dear CFPB, I have been in constant contact with TransUnion for the issue of unauthorized inquiries since XX/XX/2021 up to now ( XX/XX/2021 ). I have been asking TransUnion to delete the following inquiries and to send an updated and corrected credit report to my address. As you can see there are numerous and countless letters that I have sent to TransUnion and the only reply I get is that of Inquiries are a factual record and therefore can not be removed. These unauthorized inquiries are really hurting my chances to get a refinance loan at a great rate and are really detrimental to my credit scores. I hope that your office can change TransUnions mind and steer them to removing these unauthorized inquiries. Is it not a violation to report inaccurate, incorrect, incomplete and erroneous information once you have been informed to the fact that this information is wrong? Thank you, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
