ACCOUNT NUMBER : XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX i wrote to XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX to request a debt validation for debts being reported on my credit report. It has been over 60 days since i wrote to them and they have willfully decided not to respond which is a direct violation of my FCRA rights. their failure to respond therefore is an absolute waiver of any and all claims against me and therefore this debt should be deleted with immediate effect and the records of the deletion furnished to all consumer reporting agencies which it has previously furnished this information to. Please be advised that this is my 3rd written request to you and that i fully intend to pursue litigation AGAINST XXXX XXXX XXXX in accordance with the FCRA to enforce my rights and seek relief and recover all monetary damages that i may be entitled to under section 616 and section 617 regarding your negligent and willful noncompliance.
