Purchased XXXX XXXX gift card for {$150.00} on XXXX ( I have register receipt ) at XXXX in zipXXXX. to give as XXXX gift but did not gift it. I tried to use card in XX/XX/ and there was no money in card.. I have been working on this with visa, capital one, my bank and their XXXX and XXXX advisors since then. They point at each other as problem. I paid XXXX with my capital one card ( whch I have closed and destroyed ). They in turn paid XXXX and XXXX paid XXXX I have copy of emails going back and forth. Since I paid capitalone.walmart for the visa card, I hold them responsible for the bogus card. So I paid off my cap1 card but withheld {$150.00}. I believe they should get money back from XXXX XXXX who after all got money they did not earn. Cap one in turn has damaged my credit rating which was near excellent XXXX. I dont need {$150.00} but I wont be cheated!!
