On XXXX XXXX I have had made purchases with my debit card totaling over {$500.00}. Those purchases were cancelled and each merchant told me that the funds were released on their end. My bank, BBVA, still has a hold on those funds. I called the to speak with a representative and they said that they did not see any money that should be credited to my account.
