Hello, It all happened on XX/XX/2019, I was buying and selling bitcoins via XXXX, the bank where I was getting paid every time I sell the XXXX was a debit card ( Capital one 360 ) but they paid me via XXXX to that account. after like a week of selling I found that my account was block and the money in that account was freeze, I called the bank to find out what was going on and they said that I will get a call from the fraud department. After two days they call me and ask some questions about the account I couldn't hear pretty well because I was working, It was loud where I was located. I decided to called them back after and that is when they told me that some folk dispute some money that I got via XXXX. I explain them that it was a payment from XXXX that I sell to him they just didn't hear me at treat me like fraud, I told them I had proof and everything to show them that I was not a fraud and that my money was getting stole, they just did not hear me and decided to send the money back at least that's what they said to me. I found out they report me to the Credit bureaus and I just didn't know what to do at the time until know, please help me with this matter I still have proof and everything you may need to show that I am not fraud, they took my money when I really need it in that moment, They just did not protect me and pretty much help the thieves get my money.
