I have an auto lease with Ally Financial, and have been paying all monthly payments on time up to XX/XX/2021. Ally repossessed the vehicle unilaterally from a towing company in XX/XX/2021, no response from Ally after exhausted efforts ( see my letter via online portal to Ally on XX/XX/2021 ). Ally sold the vehicle in XXXX, and sent me the final statement on XX/XX/2021. I paid the final amount without any delay ( see Letter from Ally on XX/XX/2021 ). To my surprise, Ally reported a " Charge off '' to credit bureaus ( see XXXX as an example ) in XX/XX/2021. This has impacted my credit score significantly and unfairly. I believe that Ally is practicing an egregious procedure to damage consumer 's credit score for their financial benefit.
