Company called EOS CCA XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, MA attempting to collect debt that is not mine. They reported to XXXX and dispute was denied by XXXX. I have never lived near the address recorded for service for the XXXX XXXX account. I have an excellent credit history. Common sense would prove that this debt is not mine. Turned over to collection on XX/XX/21 and I have never received one notice from XXXX XXXX or XXXX or this collection company. Was found on XXXX credit check. They refuse to remove my responsibility for this identity theft. It appears that EOC is simply attempting to force consumers to pay fraudulent bills to retain credit scores. Thank you for your assistance.
