First Progress : Stole {$500.00} from me - In an attempt to increase my credit limit which was approved more than 3 times we sent 2 different money orders ( {$300.00} plus {$500.00} ) and were given a 15 day grace period to have it there. 4 days later we received a letter stating that the funds were not received in time. No funds were returned, I later made a complaint to the XXXX XXXX XXXX and they return one of the money orders in the amount of {$300.00} then told the XXXX that all of the funds were returned. As of XX/XX/2021 the {$500.00} money order was never returned nor credited to the account. They have sent a bill in the amount of {$370.00} stating that is the amount owed on the account. Now they threaten to close the account if we do not pay an additional {$370.00} to them.
