I received my first letter from Aldous & Associates P.L.L.C on XX/XX/2021. I responded with a validation letter on XX/XX/2021 via US mail certified mail with a return receipt. Asking for Validation of debt and also asking for them to only contact me only in writing. In my letter, I specifically asked for communication in writing. See below ( 1 ). Also, in the letter, I asked for Validation which they never sent me. See below ( 2 ). I sent a second letter on XX/XX/2021 via US mail certified mail with a return receipt verifying I have never received the valdiation and again asking for communication only by mail. Yet, I still am receiving phone calls from Aldous. As of XX/XX/2021, Aldous has called my phone 2 -3 times a week. I know this because I have a recording of every phone call via my answering machine. I have had between 10 - 20 phone calls after asking them not to contact me by phone. ( 1 ) " In writing, I would also like to request that your offices make no telephone contact to my home or my place of employment. However, suppose your offices attempt telephone communication with me, including but not limited to computer-generated calls or correspondence sent to any third parties. In that case, it will be considered harassment, and I will have no choice but to file suit. Therefore, all future communications with me MUST be done in writing and sent to the address noted in this letter. '' ( 2 ) '' As of today, you have failed to respond to my requests! For your convenience, I have included a copy of my previous letter and a copy of the mail receipt showing that you received my letter on XX/XX/2021. Since you have failed to respond, I assume that you have been unable to validate the debt, and therefore, I consider this matter closed. You may consider this letter your official notification that I do not intend to correspond with you on this matter again unless you comply with my requests. '' As of XX/XX/2021, Aldous has ignored my request to communicate by writing and has harassed me by phone on multiple occasions after asking in a received letter twice. Aldous also as of XX/XX/2021 has not validated my debt per my request.
