Equifax has the worst customer service ever, they are very rude and do not follow the FCRA!! They lie and never investigate with real people they use automated service to handle investigation! A real human would see these accounts are inaccurate! I have call so many times for months with horrible service and I sent multiple letters snail mail for 6 months and they refuse to help me during this pandemic! They are the worst every with disputes because no human being actually looks at your letters they use a computer to verify. I feel betrayed and discriminated by this company. They make money from keep my credit report inaccurate Equifax reopened and reaged this account US DEPARTMENT OF EDU XXXX the account status is wrong also The balance owed and amount paid are all completed inaccurate!! The balance and past due on on US DEPARTMENT OF EDU XXXX is wrong it is inaccurate! Equifax update false information without doing a real investigation in the inaccurate information! The reported balance and past due amount on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is inaccurate and very wrong. Also the payment history is fabricated and incorrect. Equifax did not do any real investigation at all. It like they use some automated service with not real hands on person!! Equifax are falsely reporting DEPT OF ED/XXXX XXXX there is absolutely no history or balance on this account it shows {$0.00} with no payments but they are keeping it to hurt my credit.
