I am filing this complaint against TransUnion Credit Services & XXXX XXXX XXXX because TransUnion failed to protect my credit rating, the information contained in my credit report and my consumer rights against predatorily inaccurate information being intentionally reported and updated on my personal credit report. TransUnion knowingly allowed XXXX XXXX XXXX to report inaccurate and derogatory information on my credit report even after being provided all the necessary verification documents proving the information was false and that it was causing additional stress and harm on me and my businesses during the most unprecedented economic downshift caused by the COVID-19 Pandemic.
