ILLEGAL REPORTING. XXXX Report XXXX XXXX XXXX Collection {$2300.00} XXXX Report : XXXX XXXX ( Original Creditor : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Collection {$2300.00} Transunion Report : XXXX XXXX ( Original Creditor : XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Collection {$2300.00} I initially disputed the debt and requested validation of a debt becuase I know that the debt should not be on credit report, yet it keeps being reported. Despite sending them multiple letters, plus proof from the court that this is not a valid debt they are reporting, theyc ontinue to report it and refuse to pull this account off my credit report. I am now escalating this complaint higher because they are continuing to allow illegal reporting of a debt that the courts have determined is not valid. I am not responsible for the account/collection that is showing up on my credit report. I have never done business with this company. They lied and said I had. Then they sued me and didn't show up to court. I showed up. The judge ruled in my favor because of this. I have repeatedly asked them to delete this account immediately, as keeping this there violates my rights and allows this company to post and claim I owe them money when I do not. This is a problem because the credit bureaus are assisting them with violating the law by not removing this faulty debt that does not belong to me.
