On XX/XX/XXXX, I noticed that my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX account balance was incorrect by showing a balance for the car loan that dated back to XX/XX/XXXX and a balance of {$4300.00}. I disputed the entry with Report Number : XXXX through Experian but also called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX about the issue. XXXX XXXX upon their initial call to me indicated that they had reported through XX/XX/XXXX. As I explained to the XXXX XXXX Complaints Management department for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, after filing the dispute Experian updated the balance through XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX has continued to investigate but finally stating the issue is not theirs but Experian 's. As I explained to XXXX XXXX today, XX/XX/XXXX, I will continue to review my credit each month and call XXXX XXXX to have them investigate the issue and file disputes with Experian. However, this is a FCRA issue and someone needs to get it straight. However, Experian doesn't appear to care about it being a violation because they still haven't updated my report as of XX/XX/XXXX at which time I filed another dispute. Your assistance is required since I not only view this as a FCRA issue but a discriminatory act by XXXX XXXX to keep my credit score lower and thereby having credit denied to me. My Experian score is approximate 50 points lower than XXXX and XXXX scores. Your assistance is required immediately.
