Payment Errors : Your company did not properly credit 2 separate payments that I made on XX/XX/2021 in the amounts of {$1100.00} and {$2900.00}. These payments should have been credited to : o The {$1100.00} should have been credited to a shortage that was needed to ensure payments would not be increased. o The {$2900.00} should have been credited to XX/XX/2021 mortgage payment Instead you improperly combined these two separate checks which were labeled for their intended purpose to : XX/XX/2021 mortgage payment of {$3100.00} on XX/XX/2021 A payment of {$45.00} for XX/XX/2021 {$820.00} Principal Curtailment or extra principal payment Your company did not properly credit the payment I made on XX/XX/2021 in the amount of {$3000.00}. o Instead, you incorrectly for a month inaccurately showed that the XX/XX/2021 payment I sent was applied on XX/XX/2021, why was this applied so late. o Then on XX/XX/XXXX you applied an erroneous Principal Curtailment or Principal payment of {$4100.00} that we never even made. On XX/XX/2021 we received a letter from our bank letting us know that the XX/XX/XXXX Check was never even cashed. Your company did not properly credit the payment I made on XX/XX/2021 of {$3000.00} o Instead you applied it to the XX/XX/2021 payment Your company rejected the full payment I made on XX/XX/2021 in the amount of {$3000.00}. o Your company sent back my cashiers check saying that it wasnt signed. To my knowledge and as with the other checks you do not need to sign. Fee Errors : Your company incorrectly imposed several late fees on us due to all these errors, this needs to be fixed
