Consumer Narrative
Over the weekend I attempted to deposit my mortgage payment ( cash ) into the ATM. The cash got stuck and the ATM shut down. I called the Bank and they completed a claim on my behalf. I told them that the money was for my mortgage but they seemed not to care and told me there is no guarantee my mortgage will be paid. On XX/XX/XXXX they returned my mortgage unpaid due to insufficient funds.
