These items in my credit file are from unauthorized use of my social security number and card. I did not authorize, nor consent to any of these inquiries to be taken out in my name. Im unaware of any of this. All is being investigated by the FTC. Pursuant to the FCRA 15 USC 1692c-2 ( a ) they have 4 business days to block information. I have supplied my identity theft report, ID, statement, and proof of identity. A police report is not needed under this subchapter. Also pursuant to FCRA 15 USC 1681c-2 ( b ) ( c ) you the authority to decline or rescind but the information I sent was not blocked in error so the information can't be blocked. I have listed the items on the document attached.
