This company has now damaged my reputation as a consumer as well as violated my right to privacy. They have furnished inaccurate information and accounts in the report as well as furnished my information to other parties without my written consent as a consumed to do so Violating Title 15 U.S.C.1692c ( b ) and 1681b ( 2 ). As a result of this action they have caused greater harm to my reputation with the 22 unauthorized inquiries present that are not connected to accounts. This is a continuation of violating Title 15 U.S.C. 1681n ( b ). This company has previously disregarded the consumers request for reinvestigation of these accounts and inquiries hurting the consumers ability to obtain credit.
