I received a call from a woman who claimed to be with XXXX XXXX XXXX. She was very rude and was unable to verify the debt. The agent was unable to provide me with any information, refused to mail me any information and refused to provide me with a mailing address for XXXX XXXX XXXX. The agent demanded i provide sensitive personal information like my full SSN even though she stated she already verified the account with the last 4 of my SSN. I got worried so i hung up and called the number back. I was connected with a male who stated he was able to verify my account. When i asked him about the debt i was informed it is from first progressive secured credit card. I have never heard of first progressive secured credit card, or of XXXX XXXX XXXX. i asked for documents to verify the debt and the individual told me they don't have the documents, they only have an amount and a name. I never signed up for any of this and it should be considered fraud
