On or about XXXX in XXXX I called Capital One to work out a solution they were offering to the effect of COVID and I opted into their program with 2 of my Capital One accounts. After doing so, I was under the impression that everything was set because I had repeatedly asked and confirmed verbally. a few months later Ive come to a realization that both accounts have suffered a late payment reporting a total of derogatory payment on each account. Ive disputed and called them in XXXX of XXXX when I noticed that this has been going on and immediately made a payment that brought the account to date. The dispute However did not reverse any of the derogatory late payment marks on my accounts.
