Consumer Narrative

I am contacting you regarding a 30 day derogatory marks that appear on my three credit bureaus reported by XXXX/XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/2020. I dispute these and drequest a full expulsion of this 30 late imprint dependent on the instituted Section 4021 of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act ( the CARES Act ) which bars ( and makes illicit ) a particularly injurious imprint, subject to its terms. The reason for this letter is to ask that the slanderous imprint promptly be accounted for as current to the three significant credit detailing organizations, XXXX, XXXX and Equifax, so this matter be settled genially and with no court intercession. Prior to the missed payment, I attempted to contact XXXX regarding my charge card payments, but ineffectively because of hold times a few hours in length. My income has been temporarily adversely affected by the COVID-19 outbreak, I have encountered serious monetary and a wellbeing difficulty because of the financial halt that our nation is going through. Recently, and in response to the COVID-19 outbreak, the CARES Act was signed into law by the President of the United States on Friday XXXX XXXX. The CARES Act modifies the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. 1681, et seq. ( the FCRA ) by precluding furnishers of credit information ( which specifically includes all major banks ) from reporting any deferred payments, forbearances, or other missed payments during the covered period
