XX/XX/2021 Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Dear Gentlepersons, This is a complaint against XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX TX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX, GA XXXX and Capital Accounts XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX TN XXXX The companies that are listed above are reporting a collection account on my credit report that is erroneous. I have informed the companies that I paid for services and found that the dentist, XXXX XXXX XXXX, charged my credit card for {$2000.00} even though she was paid by the insurance company for services.
