Experian is claiming I have a new account 30 days late in payment. They will not give me information on which account is late in payment. But then show all my open accounts have exceptional payment history. Just as my XXXX score increased by 12 points, it just as fast went back down when I filed another dispute against XXXX XXXX on a credit card balance that had been paid in full and closed per my request back in XX/XX/XXXX. Any other transactions after that are fraudulent. XXXX also deleted the bank account and all other information the payment came from. We filed a law suit against them for an illegal foreclosure back in XXXX. Since then and only then have I had a rapid decline in my credit score. I believe this is pure retaliation from filing a suit against them. Since the bureaus are privately owned and get paid to report what their customers want them to report, there is room for error & incorrect reporting. For the sole purpose of keep individuals from advancing or proving the facts in an illegal foreclosure, they report fraudulent information decreasing my score on purpose.
