On XX/XX/2021 I was scammed for {$500.00} dollars. I was supposed to view a place and was told that money was needed to be deposit to see the room. The scammer then goes on to send me fake picture of the room and said that it was required to put money down to see the room. I reached out to the seller and told them I felt pressure by them to send money when I have never seen the place. They then went on to threaten me stating if I don't put something down that I'll lose my original deposit of {$200.00} for the application. I was forced into sending {$500.00} dollars and when I arrived to the apartment, everything was broken and filthy with bugs and dirt 's. I then immediately contacted Wells Fargo and open up a claim with them. A few days later, they sent a letter stating that they will not help me and denied my claim. I then tried reopening the claim and stated that I have written text messages document of the scammer stating that they scam me and Wells Fargo refuse to look at the document and reconsider opening up my claim. On XXXX XXXX, I called Wells Fargo claim department and was told that even with my supporting evidence, they would not look at my claim.
