This house was stolen and soled in XXXX, My spouse filed Bankruptcy and the home was abandoned by the Trustee. The home was not abandoned by us. There were utilities on and the yard was being maintained. In addition, to our updated contact numbers and address. We were not notified of any court dates. My spouses bankruptcy case is still open. We have no documents regarding this load with Wells Fargo. We did not take out additional loans on the home. The home was purchased in XXXX. It was sold by XXXX XXXX XXXX located in XXXX XXXX We will told the home was foreclosed on however, this was not the case. Spouses XXXX XXXX US FED BRC XXXX XXXX OF GA.
