XX/XX/2021 I reached out to equifax about unauthorized inquiries on my report. After a slew of misinfrmation and failed security attempts, im told to send my very personal information in to prove my identity, after giving information that is listed in my credit report. There is unauthorized credit in my name and equifax is refusing to assist me in the correct direction. My information has been apart of an equifax data breach. They are absolutely rude and treat you like a criminal, while they are responsible for the leak of your information. I will fax over the items they asked so i can get this stuff of my credit that I did not authorize. Agent was XXXX in XXXX XXXX XXXX Department at XXXX today
