I am a vicitim of identity theft I have contacted EQUIFAX multiple times supplying them with a certified NOTARIZED police report from the XXXX Texas Police Department. I have also contacted the FEDERAL TRADE COMISSION submitting a FTC identity theft affadavit concerning the Fraudulent acitvity that needs to be deleted from credit report.
