Opened up XXXX XXXX XXXX card Live in Idaho. Saw card was used in California - Called XXXX XXXX XXXX and disputed charges, told me they closed my account for fraud / identity theft. Then get notice I am being sued for " debt '' bought but Midland credit management for account that was closed for fraud. Process server for Midland credit came to home and threatened to notify neighbors, friends, family and work. ( Have on video via our XXXX camera ). Asked to please leave property and stop threatening us.
