I recently sent a letter requesting validation pursuant to 15 USC 1692g of the account with Midland Credit I'm allegedly obligated for that I do not believe is mine. I sent the following letter on XX/XX/2021 alongside a cease and desist, and received no response. I also sent it via certified mail ( which notified me it was received at the location ) with a return receipt and In the letter I stated " If your office fails to respond to this validation request within 30 days from the date of your receipt, all your references to this account must be deleted and completely removed from my credit file, and a copy of such deletion request shall be sent to me immediately. '' I noticed on my credit reports this account is also appearing false and misleading which is a violation of Section 807 of the FDCPA, the date the alleged account was opened and last reported is not the same on all three of my reports.
