I have reached out to Equifax credit bureau over the past 4 months. I have reached out to the company in writing several times wanting information on the 8 COLLECTION accounts that they have reporting on my report with no company information at all. ( I have attached pictures of all 8 accounts with account number in the attached files below. ) I As well asked for the method of verification for a BANKRUPTCY listed on my report. And if they were unable to product the required information that all 8 of those COLLECTIONS being reported and the BANKRUPTCY thats reporting needed to be removed IMMEDIATELY. I have asked the company several times in many letters their method of verification on these 8 collection accounts and bankruptcy and they have not responded at all to any of my request over the past 4 months. It is my right as a consumer for a credit reporting agency to tell me how they verified this information. I have advised them that if i would not receive a response within 15 days that I will be filling a complaint that was in XXXX. still there is no reply. They are supposed to handle my reports and report accurately verified information and they have failed to do so. I have been unable to move forward with buying a home because the information that is being reported is defaming my character. Please have this company delete these accounts IMMEDIATELY. The law requires a cra to investigate a report and have a full 30 days to do so. I have given them four months. I have listed the 8 collection accounts and will be attaching photos of the inaccurate inform on my credit report.Equifax has these accounts reporting with no company information. I dont know who these companies are and these should NOT be reporting on my account.
