XXXX XXXX XXXX has been reporting an credit account on my credit since XX/XX/XXXX. They charged off the card as of XXXX XXXX. But they have a mix up with me and my grandfather, and the only reason i know this, is because XXXX verified the address and its my grandfather 's address. They claim to have my social through according to XXXX but with different information, such address and dob. I reached out to XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX on XX/XX/XXXX which i sent via Priority mail express so i can verify who received it. They have decided not to respond to my verification letter and continue to report to the credit bureau. The Same thing happened with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX
