Hello I purchased a vehicle from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, Illinois. XXXX 2021. I specifically told them Do Not Run My Credit I am a cash deal and already pre approved, because I was pre approved for {$55000.00} with XXXX XXXX. I didnt need any financing from any other banks or dealerships. They ran my credit to other companies with out my authorization or consent. Ive contacted TransUnion, XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX XXXX multiple times this month as well as last month regarding these inquiries reporting on my Transunion report due to unauthorized running of my credit by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX Illinois. They kept pressuring me to run my credit to see if they can get me a better APR I refused multiple times. I stated I was not interested and please dont run my credit to anyone I have a pre approval letter. Few weeks later I get a denial letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Which XXXX XXXX XXXX confirmed they stop using 3 years ago. It also is being reported on my Transunion credit report along with 2 other inquiries that were not authorized XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX and XXXX inquiries are/was not authorized by me and should be removed immediately as I explained to the fraud departments of each of these companies prior to contacting the CFPB.
