On XX/XX/2021, Kia finance dropped my credit rating of XXXX to XXXXbecause I didnt pay {$120.00} for the last payment on my excise tax. I had been paying this amount right along and they have always accepted these payments in this way for my previous lease also. It seems that they changed their policy and wanted it all at once. I was never notified. I contacted them and was told that there was nothing I could do. I have never been late on any car payment or excise tax. I had no knowledge that they had changed the policy. This is way too harsh. Im very proud of keeping my score above 800 and this is extremely unfair and unjustified. Any help will be much appreciated. Thank you
