KLS financial has a {$640.00} negative charge reporting on my credit report for XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX filed for bankruptcy and went out of business in 2017. XXXX XXXX no longer exist. The name XXXX was purchased by XXXX XXXX. I called the corporate office and I was told that I debits were settled in the bankruptcy and KLS Financial has no legal grounds for that company anymore because they no longer exist. XXXX XXXX sent me an email stating that I would receive a refund back for the order that I returned. I received the wrong items and returned them. XXXX also gave me a gift card because they made a mistake. I filed a dispute with Visa and won. KLS is holding me responsible for a charge back that I won with Visa. This is a breach of contract. Customer have the right to dispute charges and cant be recharged by a company after winning a dispute. This is illegal to recharge me for something that I didnt Authorize.
