I signed up with US BEST CREDIT XXXX in XXXX of XXXX. They promised my credit score would be high enough to get me into a home by XXXX. Well XXXX comes and I apply for a mortgage and am denied stating my credit is no where near where it should be to qualify for a home. I made two payments to US BEST and then a lump sum for the remaining of the balance. My personal information has not been disputed and that's the first thing that should have been done. I was advised by US BEST that the person who was over my account " XXXX, '' no longer worked at the company but when my fiance called, XXXX picks up the phone. That is lie number one. I spoke with XXXX about sending off disputes which she said would be sent out that same week but when I emailed her about an update she said my file was on her desk and she would have more information when the audits were sent out. The same audits that were already supposedly sent. That's lie number two. I never received correspondence from any disputes that were sent out by them and apparently my credit is still bad. I paid for a service that I did not receive and was made promises that were not kept. The program is not over for me into XXXX they stated, but there's no way my credit could improve enough to get a house by the time my lease is up. I am wanting a refund because I have no good credit and now am out of thousands of dollars. This is a HUGE inconvenience for me, my fiance and my kids as we will have no where to stay now. My fiance also paid for services and his account was not even touched!
