This collection company put an erroneous account on my credit files. I have not been contacted by anyone via phone or mail. This account was previous with some other collection agency back in XX/XX/2021. I asked for debt validation which they could not provide. Account was then removed from my credit and they sold the account. I don't owe this. I disputed this with the credit bureaus but they didn't remove the account. I want this account DELETED off my credit file. How can these companies report negative information and fail to provide any debt validation? This isn't right and it needs to be addressed.
