This company has been attempting to charge and collect amount from me by assigning this account to a different persona. I have made my part by reaching out to them and to the 3 major Bureaus. But to my surprise, I have not received any response from both parties. Thus, their act of negligence is highly not acceptable. I have made my research about this matter and by then the Bureaus have violated the Credit Reporting Act, 15 USC sections 1681i within the time set forth by law.
