Capital one has not sent my monthly statements. I spoke to XXXX a supervisor at capital one. He stated capital one has been experiencing delays due to the post office. I explained I have been randomly calling in to make payments but have not received a monthly statement thus far! The company refused to correct the fees and update my account. I feel that the company is intentionally exploiting card members financially during this pandemic. They overcharging the customer to get the member at a large monthly amounts through fees so the account will always owe more for a longer period of time and potentially can not every pay off the balance. It appears to be a scam or fraud!
