On XXXX I got letter from Morgan XXXX pc the debt collection lawyer group saying they are collecting money for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX but sent the account statement that has XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX For {$5800.00}. I replied I do not owe money to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and I dont even know that company. Morgan XXXX pc sued me on XXXX XXXX XXXX. I went through 3 hearings asking judges prove the evidence by contract of assignment assignor to assignee judge said its out of her power to ask such evidence to opposing counsel. Finally without even other evidence I requested judge ignored it. And gave other party summary judgment. I am requesting FTC to sue the debt collector or company due to not using own name which are the rule of FDCPA statue 15 USC 1692 803 ( 6 ). I asked who is the Real party in Interest in Hearing also affiant on Affidavit her prove of employment but judge overruled me which is violation of Due process 14 th amendment in our Constitution. Small courts judge dont care taking side on debt buyers favoring them. I spent well over {$700.00} dollars or more on this hearings getting transcripts court fees alone not counting money I spent on consultation from friends. Not counting ours and ours of writing answers to file at the court and missing work. The things I mentioned above for evidence was all in the state courts statue yet judge ignored it thats fraud upon the court by the court.Morgan XXXX pc sued me on XXXX.
