On XX/XX/XXXX year of 2021 i received notice that a change to my credit score has been made from Equifax. I used the app i have to investigate the situation, upon clicking of Equifax I noticed a 70 pts drop in my credit. Giving that i have froze my credit there should be no reason why my credit dropped that low moreover the fact that it just increased 98 points back in XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX has closed an account on my report which should not normally drop my credit score that much. I believe this an attempt to damage my credit score because of the investigations I have had in previous months. Accounts have closed before and none had a drop let alone a drop that low decreasing my score that much which is very impactful to my financial status. Why was the account closed without giving me proper notice about it being closed? Why did my credit score drop so much for an account closing? I want answers and i want my score returned to a good state immediately!
