I have attached a copy of my ID to prove my identity so my case will not be close automatically. I purchased a car using XXXX XXXX for financing. The company handling the repossession in a way that made customers owe a significant amount after repossession. There has been a class-action lawsuit against the company and it was ruled ( Section 12 of Final Order ) the deficiency balance reported to credit agencies will be waived and forgiven. I provided a copy of the class-action lawsuit to XXXX, XXXX and Transunion they still found the information on my credit report to be accurate. They are relying on information provided by XXXX XXXX instead of following the court ruling. According to the court 's ruling in the final settlement, the information is to be removed.
