On XXXX, I filed a complaint # XXXX with the CFPB against Experian for failing to provide me with certified proof of several alleged accounts that are listed on my credit report. In Exhibit B you will find a copy of the CFPB Complaint. The alleged accounts in Exhibit D are false, inaccurate, and carry no documented evidence of their existence. To the least, they have not been authenticated as per my requirements and the per the requirements of the FCRA. Experian is damaging my character, creditworthiness, and wellbeing by falsely reporting those non-compliant unverifiable alleged accounts on my credit report. On XXXX, I received Experian Report # XXXX. I carefully reviewed this report. My review of this report showed that Experian had not included or attached any certified proof to justify their failure to delete these accounts. A copy of Experian Report # XXXX attached in Exhibit C. Experians disclosure is not clear and accurate as required under 1681 g ( a ) ( 1 ). Experian Report # XXXX did not provide me with any certified proof on how you verified the alleged accounts. I specifically asked Experian for certified proof that your office complied with the FCRA and all its mandated rules when it comes to reporting accurately. Experian has a duty under the FCRA to verify the information as 100 accurate. The FCRA also states that the consumer can demand that the credit bureau ( Experian ) provide certified proof that the information that they ( Experian ) publish or provide is in fact 100 timely and accurate. Experian can not simply say that the information was certified. Experian must also produce said certification when I consumer asks for it, which is their right under the FCRA. If Experian does not provide proof, then the reported information is considered to be false and must be DELETED. Experians failure to provide this proof is a violation of the FCRA. Your failure to do your lawful duty is documented in my CFPB complaint and in Experian Report # 1642-9257-70. Experian must meet ALL of the requirements of the FCRA. Experians violation of the FCRA is eliminating my consumer protections established by Congress under the FCRA. According to the FCRA, unverified information is false information because it can not be sworn to as fact and 100 accurate. Experian is reporting false information on my credit report because none of the alleged accounts have been verified with certified testimony from either Experian or the data furnisher.
